Called a 'War' by the locals but really a territory dispute between the dwarves of Khatum and human settlements to the west.
The humans continue to drive caravans through the mountains despite the raves considering the land theirs. This started with the westward expansion from Harnott. The dwarves issue it with the western side because it is these mountains at issue (not the eastern near Harnott).
